The owners of this public convenience commissioned us to conduct a comprehensive energy assessment before and after the refurbishment, aiming to showcase the improvements made in various aspects such as Energy Rating, Carbon Emissions, and Energy Demand. Through meticulous U Value Calculations, in-depth research on technical specifications of services, and a final air tightness test, we were able to demonstrate an A rating for the premises on behalf of our client.
