Egni Energy Solutions is an independent Energy Efficiency & Building Compliance Consultancy providing specialist services across Anglesey, North Wales and beyond.

Founded by Dewi R. Owen BSc (Hons), Egni provides professional, independent advice and technical assessments across domestic and commercial buildings, specialising in Energy Performance, Building Regulations Compliance, Airtightness and Energy Efficiency Consultancy.

Our approach is simple: provide clients with clear, practical and technically informed advice, backed by professional qualifications, industry accreditation and years of experience.

Egni Energy Solutions is led and operated by Dewi R. Owen, a qualified Building Surveyor and experienced Energy Efficiency & Compliance Specialist.

Dewi has more than 20 years' experience across Building Surveying, Building Refurbishment, Project Management and Energy Efficiency, having worked within both the public and private sectors before establishing Egni Energy Solutions in 2018.

Since then, Dewi has developed a broad range of specialist qualifications and accreditations covering domestic and commercial energy assessment, new-build energy compliance, airtightness testing, ventilation and retrofit.

As an owner-led consultancy, clients benefit from dealing directly with the specialist undertaking their work. From the initial enquiry and technical advice through to assessment, testing and certification, projects are handled personally and consistently from start to finish.
